This document is an electronic contract between Atrova Digital Private Limited, a Company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at A 1707, Office Tower Spectrum Metro Mall, Sector 75 Noida – 201301 (hereinafter referred to as the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), and you as a user of the AstroJumble platform. By accessing or using AstroJumble's website, mobile application, or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not access or use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our platform, including registered users, guests, and those who interact with our AI astrologers or human consultants. This agreement is governed by the Information Technology Act, 2000, and all applicable rules and regulations thereunder.

AstroJumble provides astrological services including but not limited to: • AI-powered horoscope readings and predictions • Kundli (birth chart) generation and analysis • Compatibility and matchmaking reports • Live consultations with verified astrologers • Daily, weekly, and monthly horoscope updates • Panchang and muhurat calculations • Seva and pooja booking services • Astrological product recommendations All astrological readings and predictions are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only and should not be considered as professional advice for legal, medical, financial, or other decisions.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration • Maintain and promptly update your account information • Keep your password secure and confidential • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Certain services require payment. By purchasing services, you agree to: • Pay all fees at the prices then in effect • Provide valid payment information • Authorize us to charge your payment method All payments on the AstroJumble platform are processed securely through Razorpay (Razorpay Software Private Limited), a PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway regulated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy available at razorpay.com. Atrova Digital Private Limited does not store any card or banking credentials on its servers. All sensitive payment data is handled exclusively by Razorpay in compliance with applicable RBI guidelines and PCI DSS standards. Subscription services will automatically renew unless cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, with advance notice for subscription services.

AstroJumble services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee: • The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of astrological readings • That predictions or advice will be accurate or beneficial • Uninterrupted or error-free service • That the service will meet your specific requirements Astrology is an ancient practice based on celestial interpretations. Individual results may vary, and we encourage users to use their own judgment in making life decisions.

You agree not to: • Use the service for any illegal purpose • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff • Impersonate any person or entity • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service • Use automated systems to access the service without permission • Resell or redistribute our services without authorization • Post or transmit malicious code or content • Violate any applicable laws or regulations Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.

All content on AstroJumble, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and data compilations, is the property of AstroJumble or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not: • Reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without permission • Use our trademarks or branding without written consent • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices • Create derivative works based on our content You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstroJumble and its affiliates shall not be liable for: • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses • Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account • Damages resulting from any content or conduct of third parties Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
