By using AstroJumble services you agree to the following Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please read this carefully before booking a consultation.

AstroJumble is a platform owned and operated by Atrova Digital Private Limited, incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at A 1707, Office Tower Spectrum Metro Mall, Sector 75 Noida – 201301, Uttar Pradesh, India. AstroJumble provides astrology-based consultation services through independent astrologers. All payments are processed securely via Razorpay (Razorpay Software Private Limited), a PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway regulated by the Reserve Bank of India. These services are personalized and time-bound, and therefore are generally non-refundable once a consultation is booked or initiated.
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
If the consultation session has been successfully completed
If the user has utilized the session partially or fully
If dissatisfaction is based on personal expectations or interpretation of predictions
If the user fails to join the session at the scheduled time
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions. All requests are subject to review and approval by the AstroJumble support team.
If the astrologer fails to join the session, you are eligible for a full refund.
If a technical failure from our platform prevents the consultation from taking place.
If payment is deducted but no booking is confirmed on the platform.
Refund requests must be raised within 3 days of the booking or transaction.
Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.
If a user cancels a booking before the scheduled consultation time, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied.
If the user leaves the session midway or does not attend, no refund will be provided.
ℹThis is to compensate for the astrologer's reserved time and availability.

•Refunds, if approved, may be credited to the original payment method or AstroJumble wallet (if applicable).
•Wallet balance is non-transferable and non-withdrawable unless explicitly stated.
If your payment is deducted but no booking is created, or the transaction fails — you are eligible for a 100% full refund.
Please contact us with your transaction details for quick resolution.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–30 working days, depending on the payment method.
AstroJumble reserves the right to accept or reject refund requests based on policy compliance.
•Atrova Digital Private Limited (operating as AstroJumble) acts as a platform connecting users with independent astrologers.
•The accuracy of predictions or advice is the responsibility of the individual astrologer.
•Refunds will not be granted based on prediction outcomes or personal dissatisfaction with astrological interpretations.
•Razorpay processes all payments on behalf of Atrova Digital Private Limited. In case of technical disputes related to payment, Razorpay's dispute resolution process may apply.
